Background

The rapid advancement of the digital era has brought significant transformations to various sectors, including agroindustry. Sustainable agroindustry requires innovative approaches in process and bioprocess technology, data and system utilization, business strategies, and green management and technology to address global challenges effectively.

The 4^th  International Conference on Innovation in Technology and Management for Sustainable Agroindustry (ITaMSA 2025), held by Agroindustrial Technology Department, IPB University, supported by Indonesian Agroindustrial Association (AGRIN), Agroindustrial Chapter – The Institution of Engineers Indonesia (BK-IP PII), serves as a platform for researchers, academics, policymakers, industry practitioners, and other stakeholders to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and discuss the latest innovations in the field of agroindustry.

Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), 4^th  ITaMSA 2025 aims to contribute to the global efforts in creating sustainable agroindustrial solutions.

Theme and Key Topics

The theme of ITaMSA 2025 is: “Evolving Sustainable Agroindustry in Digital Era“. The conference will focus on four main transformation areas:

• Process & Bioprocess Technology: Innovations in food and non-food agroindustry processes, biotechnology applications, and efficiency improvements.
• Data & System: Digitalization, artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and IoT applications in agroindustry.
• Business: Business model innovation, entrepreneurship, and competitiveness in agroindustry.
• Green Management & Technology: Sustainable supply chains, circular economy, and eco-friendly agroindustry practices.

Objectives

The objectives of ITaMSA 2025 are:

1. To provide a global platform for sharing knowledge and research findings on sustainable agroindustry.
2. To facilitate collaboration between academia, industry, and government institutions in agroindustrial development.
3. To explore innovative solutions that enhance agroindustrial efficiency and sustainability.
4. To support the achievement of SDGs through technological and managerial advancements in agroindustry.

3. Parallel sessions for paper presentations. The papers will be published on Scopus Proceeding.
4. Panel discussions with industry leaders and policymakers.
5. Virtual networking sessions for participants.
