About ITaMSA

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the agroindustry faces new challenges and opportunities that require innovative approaches to achieve sustainability. Digital transformation has permeated various sectors, including process and bioprocess technology, data and systems, business, as well as green management and technology. These changes demand close collaboration between academics, business practitioners, policymakers, and industry professionals to develop effective solutions in addressing global challenges. Therefore, the “4th International Conference on Innovation in Technology and Management for Sustainable Agroindustry (ITaMSA 2025)” serves as a platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, and innovations in building a more sustainable agroindustry in the digital era.

The ITaMSA 2025 conference adopts the theme “Evolving Sustainable Agroindustry in Digital Era,” aiming to support agroindustry transformation through various technological and green management approaches. In this context, innovation in process and bioprocess technology is crucial to enhance production efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Meanwhile, the utilization of data and digital-based systems plays a role in optimizing supply chains and evidence-based decision-making. Business transformation is also a key element in increasing the competitiveness of the agroindustry, while the application of green management and technology contributes to more sustainable resource management.

The relevance of the ITaMSA 2025 theme aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in supporting SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) by enhancing food security through agroindustry innovation. Furthermore, SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) is emphasized through the strengthening of sustainable industrial infrastructure and technology. SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) is also a primary focus, encouraging more efficient and environmentally friendly production and consumption practices. Through this seminar, it is expected that various ideas and innovations will emerge and be implemented to support the achievement of global SDG targets.

The Department of Agroindustrial Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, IPB University, Bogor, Indonesia, as the organizer of ITaMSA 2025, is committed to delivering high-quality and beneficial discussions for all participants.
